1. What is the cancellation policy?
Should you need to cancel your booked session, we can accommodate this with the following cancellation fees:
Vacation and engagement photo
- Deposit is non-refundable
- More than 72 hours before the scheduled photoshoot – 20%
- Less than 72 hours before the scheduled photoshoot – 100%
Pre-wedding photo
・Deposit is non-refundable
・59 days – 30 days before photoshoot – 50%
・Less than 29 days before photoshoot – 100%
2. Can I reschedule the shooting date?
Rescheduling is ONLY possible IF you notify us at least 5 days prior to your photoshoot, and if photographer is available on the new date.
3. What are the payment methods?
Credit cards available:paypal
Cash:Japanese yen (JPY).
4. What if it rains on the day of my shoot?
most days are already pre-booked and rescheduling is difficult. Photo shoots will therefore happen rain or shine.
In light rain, you can either use umbrellas or move to a sheltered area.
You can change the date to another available date. Please discuss this at least 3 days in advance.However, my photoshoots are often fully booked, I recommend that you decide on an alternative date in advance.
We can reserve a backup date for you as well, with an additional fee of 10,000 JPY.
5. How long can photographers stay with us?
The photographer will only be available during the time slot you have specified.
For example, if you book from 9 am to 11am, any travel time within this 2-hour window is included in the booking.
6. What if I’m late for the shooting?
If you're late, your shooting time will be reduced.
Notify the photographer of any delays to forestall cancellation.
